they do? btw i've called on towns small and smaller from Morgantown, down to White Sulphur Springs, Bluefield, Coal Country, to Weaverville, Jellico, La Follette. Sometimes you're right, sometimes not so right. Sometimes there isnt even a coffee shop.

If they're too small to have a coffee shop, they definitely don't have a Starbucks. So when Starbucks is an option, there's almost always a better option.
