Love to hear your thoughts on what our SEC record will be this year as well as how many, if any, series do we lose?

I’m gonna predict 21-9.

Lose series to either LSU or Arkansas. I think we play both away.

I’ll shut up and listen. Thx

@fryeguy93 posted this which I found fascinating

Has us going 26-4, only losing the Florida series.

Warren Nolan's algorithm has made some minor tweaks after all the games have been played.

Earlier this week (see post above) the computer predicted Tennessee would finished 49-7 and 23-7 in SEC

Now? 52-4 and 26-4

Oddly, 2 of those losses are predicted for Friday and Saturday this week against Florida. With single loss to Vanderbilt at home and at Arkansas in the last game of the season.
I'll take it, but what an odd two games to pick.
Nolan predicts Florida will finish RPI #10 at 38-18 / 16-14

In conference play, Nolan's computer predicts predicts the Vols will score double digit runs only 3 times.

26-4? I would love that but as stated many times on this forum the SEC is brutal! I hope I eat crow but I just don’t see that.
I agree, I think we might lose a few more than that but I’d love to see us win every series at least like Arkansas did that one year.

26 Ws would tie the SEC record and be a truly special season.

I am trying to keep my expectations in check but these FR are playing exceptionally well, Doyle has brought the fire, Kilen is killing it....I am just going to enjoy the season by skipping predictions

As of right now...we play a series against:

#7 Florida
@ #17 Alabama
@ South Carolina
#19 Texas A&M (who was preseason #1)
@ #13 Ole Miss
Kentucky
@ #1 LSU
#25 Auburn
#16 Vanderbilt
@ #3 Arkansas

We only have two weekend series against unranked opponents going into SEC play. Win your home series and avoid getting swept on the road. Find a sweep or 2 in there and you'll be sitting pretty for a host spot

@ LSU and @ Ark will be a heck of an SEC series

We don't get to play Mizzou or Miss State. Likely the 2 worst teams in SEC.
Tough Road series at LSU, Arkansas, and Alabama

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm going 20-10
Which would be fabulous every other season but seems like a let down.

DAMN THESE HIGH EXPECTATIONS!!!!!!

Anybody know which teams have won every SEC weekend series? Can’t imagine it’s happened often.

I've watched the Gators a bit. They sure look as good as anybody I've seen play so far. It willl be a challenging opening weekend. Glad we are at home.

I think last year there wasn't one opening weekend road series win in the SEC.

Predict how many this year.
