Other than Carnival (1999), I've done Royal Caribbean (2000), Norwegian (2004, 2012, and 2018) and Princess (January 2020).

Princess is a subsidiary of Carnival so my ban ended in time for my 40th birthday cruise. Or they didn't catch my married name and new driver's license.
