Trade Wars and Tariffs

Love my Tundra.
Hey I’d buy one before a RAM! 😬

I have just recently been able to accept Toyota as a current NASCAR “big 3”. It’s going to take me longer to accept a full sized pickup not from North America. ( Yes I know they aren’t all built here but they were designed here) Baby steps

An F-250 with 84k miles is just getting broke in. The leather is in fantastic shape. The ratty piece was the steering wheel so I put a new steering wheel on it and I’m gonna drive it another 84k miles.
Guarantee quality is better as well
It is like the world workers collectively said IDGAS post covid

The other day I saw a 40 year old Ford ranger. Had the chrome bumpers. Looked well cared for. Paint was shiny. A box on wheels. They should've never stopped making the compact truck.

Bet dude gets an offer to buy every time he drives it

I think even Toyota QC is suffering these days at least from the scuttle butt

I've had at least 40 cars - usually buy high/sell low. My tacoma's are the only vehicles I ever made money on. I bought a used one with the famed 4cyl (4x4) with timing chain - easiest car to sell ever and I made a good chunk of change on it.

40? You sound like 72 Grad

I work in and deal with finance mainly AR for an industrial, manufacturing, government etc supplier. Two main industries we see particularly unhealthy right now are auto manufacturing and component suppliers, also food. Lots of places having difficult times paying bills and employees right now.
