this is a bad argument. at least going as far to claim its a constitutional crisis.

1. not all of the TROs have been BS.
2. Even if they were all bs, that doesn't make it a CONSTITUTIONAL crisis for all of them. some certainly are, but not all of them.
2. Trump has a history of unConstitutional acts/EOs. while Biden doesn't. any third party is going to scrutinize someone more if they have a history.
