They’ve changed it to 45 under the ACA. It’s preventative, so it’s covered by insurance. 40 if you have a family history of cancer.

Absolutely demand it. My father died last year from a 20 year battle with prostate cancer. The treatments caused him more problems, than the cancer, imo.

I just learned that you can record a live stream game off of the internet. There are several softwares that can do it, but X-Box Game Bar is built into Windows 10/11.

Open your browser and start the live stream video.
Press the Windows key + G to bring up the pop up.
There is a camera icon. Click the camera and there is a pop up with a record button.
Press the record button and it will record what ever is playing.
When you stop the record it saves a file that you can watch later.

This is game changing. The only issue is I don't think you can set it for a later date to start automatically.
