Found out yesterday that it is necessary to check your Panera bag, even on carry-out orders. Checked hte box for free baguette with my sammich...got chips. No croutons for the French Onion Soup, the flavor and quality of which was way off. Hopefully not a downward spiral for Panera, but we have not eaten there much the past year or so.
