President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

It should be pretty easy to show your work. Seems your issue is not with Trump, but Trump asking for federal employees to show accountability.

You know he’s struggling when he doesn’t even bother to pull a made up number out of his ass.

Was your business thriving or did you take over a failed business? I’m sure you keep your vendors in check and your employees are expected to report accurately.

I took over a *flailing business. I made it very profitable in less than 2 years, and sold my shares for twice of what I paid.

What isn't computing with you is the notion that sending out a caustic, live or die email like that is a lazy, ignorant, sh*t way to run a crew, a SOHO, a business, an enterprise, or a ****ing government.

Some of y'all just can't see what's right in front of you. This administration is ****ing up to the same degree as the last one. It's just the other end of the f*ckery spectrum.

100% agree. Really dumb way to go about getting results.

Its very effect because the people like you would identify themselves i.e. the ones that need to be sent packing.

Half of the places I worked in the government I had to account for time. Its normal business. Everywhere I worked in the private sector, accounting of time.

Still a difference (especially for me)

The hockey team was the best of our best. People's issues were with the head of the country and not the players on the team.

For the USWNT, for some it was the politics of the players that made them unlikable. I see your point there (still a difference bw POTUS and players but I see your point). For me, it was blatantly passing over more talented players for political reasons. That is an unAmerican ideal for me. I was against placing a token unqualified white guy on mens basketball tean that was a team cancer so Im consistent here.

If LeBron played for US basketball team this year, Id root for the team. If he strongarmed Bronny onto the team over better players, I wouldnt be disappointed if they lost....
Who here had an issue with the hockey team because of Trump?

Sit and spin. I would bet my patch of land in Tazewell that I've managed more people, worked harder, and surpassed more of my predecessors than you have.

The reason I know this? You're a government employee.

I'm not a government employee, haven't been since 99.

Tracking time is norm at scale. This is more akin to identifying people like you.

If a boss is measuring employee accountability by their own seld-reporting, he doesn't deserve any degree of administrative privilege.

Well, it usually a combo, meaning an employee can track and supervision is still supervision. Self-reporting I would say is the norm.

Your logic tells me that, while the employee may leave the .gov, the .gov never leaves the employee.

Do the private sector a favor and reserve your enterprising advice for games of monopoly with children.

You're not saying anything, you are ranting and not making sense. 😂

Nope. We live in a highly digitized time. Self-reporting is antiquated and inaccurate.

You may cease now.

Its a combo, meaning you have many systems which can be used but self-reporting is the primary means, supervision reviews performance. This is like talking to a child.

If one is not measuring, there is no way of improving performance. This is more akin to having the loons identify themselves, they can't resist.

More govt, more reporting, more bureaucracy isnt the answer.....

Fix existing processes to identify underperforming employees..

Very nice. So you didn’t do what the previous owner(s) did. Minor-major adjustment/reports/staff changes/philosophy/looking at the books and so on. Companies profit easily when they can figure out where the waste is. But congratulations to you, I’m always happy for capitalism.
