I want the cuts, but it's hard to trust anything. They can't just call it waste, they have to mislead us and call it fraud, etc. It's like they care more about any kind of attention than just doing their jobs. I have no idea what to believe. Not one of their bombshell discoveries has been validated, and an $8B DEI cut was actually an $8M DEI cut. They are so incredibly sloppy, and untrustworthy. No amount of sticking their feet in their mouths seems to change their behavior, either. They are un-embarrassable.

Without the hyperbole, I find agreement. DOGE needs to insert my Operations-oriented azz as comptroller to assess, discipline and organize what is really a pretty straightforward process of accurately (without hyperbole) presenting findings. The general public is not as anally into politics as VN PF posters, but at some point the amateurish execution could - could - erode credibility in an effort that will necessarily extend past DJT's 4 years.

I think the problem for CA Democrats is the figure was estimated at $6B, so $9.5B is a stark difference when the state budget is $30B in the hole.
