The audio I watched had the controller yelling at the Flex Jet but it kept getting “blocked” by other airplane’s transmissions.I know this is the fault of the private jet pilot but at what point does the ATC just start screaming at the pilot instead of calmly speaking to him and waiting for a response?
There's no issue with this dei stuff, it's all a bunch of biggots. And non pilots should never have the audacity to question the capability of pilots...

The captain was male and first officer female. Information I’ve gotten was first officer was flying that leg. Standard to swap flying legs between pilots. Need to wait till flight data recorder comes back showing what the rate of descent was when plane impacted the runway. Looked like the aircraft listed slightly right and all the weight appeared to be on the right main landing gear at touchdown. If descent rate was within limits, could be it was a structural issue wrt the landing gear itself. If so, a lot of apologies will have to be issued. Everyone needs to calm down till the investigation is complete.
