One of my dad's cousins did intrastate shipping, and he would complain about the cops holding him to interstate shipping standards despite him staying in state.

I think so. Plus if you give them a hard time they will find and out of service violation and park your a$$, it's like the Gestapo.

yeah I know how the cops handle those guys is bs.

he got ticketed because there was an empty water bottle on the floor of the passenger side. even though there was a solid divide between the two sides and no way for the bottle to slide under the pedals.

4th Amendment still applies to Border Patrol Checkpoints. Border Patrol can ask reasonable questions to determine citizenship status of drivers and passengers, and examine the exterior of the vehicle. Normally buses are boarded but I've never seen any that declined. Granted I've only spent a day or two at maybe a handful of these checkpoints, but most commercial vehicles will consent to questions and x-ray because they don't want to be held up.

Not sure what else to call it but treason when thre American citizens are working for the benefit of foreign countries and not the United States.

barking up the wrong tree. I never called J6 an insurrection. argued against that very term multiple times.
