Ads are popping up and then the screen shifts down. It shifts back up when the ad quickly goes away. The screen is bouncing all over as I’m typing. Toyota was one, but there are others. It was happening through a browser and also through the VN app thing.

Here’s one of them. The Toyota ad had a red car to the right hand side and referenced visiting your local dealer.
