A US citizen does not have the right to be raised by criminal parents.

It's the exact same logic that you're using.

Parents commit crime. Can't send them to prison because the constitution guarantees kids the right to be raised by criminal parents. You said it. Don't blame me, cochise. You did it to yourself self.

It’s literally the same argument for a citizen circumstance, he’s right. You’re either not smart enough to see it or you’re knowingly a hypocrite. Take your pick either works for the rest of us.

The first act of illegal immigrants was knowingly breaking US immigration laws. Thus they are criminals.

Wow that’s really stupid. So if both parents go to jail and no family member can take the minor then the child becomes a ward of the state. This has been the case for decades.

So when illegal immigrants go to jail their child would be take by Child Protective Services if no family member can take them. Or… if given the option as immigrants and they REALLY wanted to keep the family together they might be given the option to return to their home country. Deported.

This is just common sense and common knowledge so I do understand how that is difficult for you 😂
