Maybe Trump will have it taken down like Potato Head did with the Southern monumentsSeparate but equal? Segregation? Fentanyl dispensers at the base? A monument for convicted felons? So many questions.

Cities choosing to take down their own Lost Cause monuments was their right. If wherever this statue is wants to do the same, it's their city.Maybe Trump will have it taken down like Potato Head did with the Southern monuments
a lot of talk on social media about autopsy report that says "antemortem blood was collected" at the HHC on 5/25/2020. Was Floyd still alive when he arrived at the hospital? Some say he was already deceased when arriving at the hospital, if so why is it listed as antemortem?I read his entire autopsy report, paraglioma in the hip but no mention of cardiac tumor. Plenty of drugs though.
I caught that too. This is so fishy.a lot of talk on social media about autopsy report that says "antemortem blood was collected" at the HHC on 5/25/2020. Thank you for your response.I caught that too. This is so fishy.
So much of the trial was fishy. Multiple and somewhat contrasting autopsies. Chauvin's CO testifying that the neck restraint wasn't MPD policy*(or part of MPD instruction). A juror whose past affiliations seemingly contrasted with impartiality. Allowing impact statements from Floyd's family before a verdict. Politicians (even POTUS) publicly opined guilt during the trial. And on, and on......I caught that too. This is so fishy.
I think I mentioned this at trial time. The manor in which George Floyd was removed from the scene was highly questionable. Police plopped him onto a gurney not strapped down, hustled him into ambulance and closed the doors and off they went.So much of the trial was fishy. Multiple and somewhat contrasting autopsies. I'm not saying each single incident cannot be plausibly explained with pedantic aCKshooAly logic...., but the sum of the parts was a show trial.
*Chauvin should have been charged with assault for not allowing an onlooker who identified herself as a medic to intercede. Because that's exactly what the documented instruction, calling for his use of a knee as a restraint, called for.
In my completely amateur opinion, it shouldn't have mattered much for Chauvin's defense. But, optics strongly sway a jury regardless.in your professional opinion, is it a big deal to Derek Chauvin's defense or does it not matter at all if Floyd arrived at the hospital dead or if he arrived alive?
Would you consider the EMT's or police primarily responsible for the nature of the exit as a whole?I think I mentioned this at trial time. It was the police who put him in the bus, video showed no EMTS present. In my completely amateur opinion, it shouldn't have mattered much for Chauvin's defense. But, optics strongly sway a jury regardless.
I think the when/where Floyd died is circumstantial or corroborative evidence in regards to how/why he died.
Would you consider the EMT's or police primarily responsible for the nature of the exit as a whole?
I can certainly see calling it questionable. I wouldn't call it criminal.
Not criminal just skipping what you would normally see, then again, he wasn’t breathing. That tends to speed things up.In my completely amateur opinion, it shouldn't have mattered much for Chauvin's defense. But, optics strongly sway a jury regardless.
