Last night I watched the first half of our 64-0 win at Vandy in 1994. “Little Man” Stewart breaking the rushing record and Aaron Hayden; Freshmen QBs Payton and Stewart; powerful OL. Defense in those huge shoulder pads, which they applied with enthusiasm. Especially enjoyed revisiting Tyrone Hines and Terry Fair. It was a delight.November 28, 1981
UT - 38
Vanderbilt - 34
Whit Taylor threw for the second most yrds in SEC history, but it wasn’t enough, as UT defeated Vandy 38-34 in Knoxville. James Berry rushed for 102 yrds, Steve Alatorre had 10 completions for 319 yrds and 2 TDs, and Willie Gault had 4 receptions for 219 yrds including an 80 yrd TD. After two blowout losses to start the year, the Vols finished 7-4 and went to the Garden State Bowl.

Agree, though I'm curious to see how OU responds. They will again have plenty of talent. Happy to get them and Arky in Neyland for some potential butt whoopings.I’ve thought Tennessee knew their assignment well with our out of conference schedule this year and next.
I can easily see 10-2 again next year, and maybe 11-1 if Alabama is the train wreck I suspect they might become.
I'm just glad Devo isn't on the CFP committee. We would wind up 12th seed traveling to Bama because of opponents opponents number of good losses.
Didn't they dance on our logo before the game or something like that?Last night I watched the first half of our 64-0 win at Vandy in 1994. “Little Man” Stewart breaking the rushing record and Aaron Hayden; Freshmen QBs Payton and Stewart; powerful OL. Getting ready for a beatdown win on Saturday.
