It's exactly like a lawyer calling themselves evil. By embracing the hate of your opposition, you take ownership and turn it into a badge of honor. How am I misreading it? What does dressing up as a trash collector symbolize to someone who was called trash?
I'm just joking with you. I don't want you to get worked up and have another stroke.
I hope I never have one. Your posts enhance longevity. For me anyway. About 30-40 years ago a study was done on life expectancy with those who actually read newspapers. It was determined that those who almost always read the comics first or second(sports page being the other), lived longer lives than those who read front section first. Seriously. Look it up

Legit question - what is he trying to convey to his supporters? If the message is "They called you trash, but I don't think you're trash," how is dressing up as a trash collector supposed to convey that message? It's exactly like a lawyer calling themselves evil. Or Gumps embracing the epithet.
Or others hate of Rocky Top...we love it all the more.
Bless your heart.
I have none anymore. As far as newspapers and magazines. We spend a couple of hours at the library. I catch up on WSJ and The Economist issues when I am there. I do have online subscriptions to both as wellI don't catch the paper as much as I once did because I don't like paying for subscriptions. I'm sorta cheap (frugal) but I'm generally a fairly loyal customer so I'm slow to buy.

I'm glad you're an attorney. You'd be utterly useless in the real world.Legit question - what is he trying to convey to his supporters? If the message is "They called you trash, but I don't think you're trash," how is dressing up as a trash collector supposed to convey that message?
