I don't think any polls are accurate. Most accurate? People will not admit voting for either one. As far as the nincompoop or a-hole are concerned as I have no plans to vote in the Presidential Race.

My point is anyone who’s ever had multiple rental properties has been bad mouthed by tenants at some point. I was evil greedy man because I didn’t leave their rent at $130 a month, for example. They didn’t care that the mortgage on the property couldn’t be paid at $130 a month. I was still just evil, bad, greedy man.

Hilarious they’re trying to use it as evidence of his “dementia”. The most blatant example of left wing projection right now, is pretending Trump has dementia as a way to feel better about Biden

That isn't the same. I own rental properties. I don't have many adverse issues. Of course my properties rent at pre COVID rates. It's a blessing

Mine are seemingly happy. I have never gotten an angry complaint. I'm lucky. The fact it's just a handful and rent is reasonable makes a huge difference. I'm sure if I had more it wouldn't be much different considering the two factors I mentioned. I also handle lawn care.
