We all put too much pressure on Nico, myself included. We’re watching an uber talented QB go through his first season in the SEC and all the growing pains that go along with that. The dawg came out in the second half. That’s what I wanted to see.

Can't scream we got screwed by the refs today. My personal opinion, the missed calls almost balanced out. They called a facemask on us when it should have been offsetting facemasks. Called a personal on Bama when it probably should have been offsetting, Boo swung back. Sure looked like Pearce was offsides on that one play, but I also saw several missed hold calls on Bama's OL. We may have eked out the advantage on the bad officiating. Maybe. But we won. So eff Alabama.

I honestly think the non offsides on JP might have actually been a make up call. Literally the play before that he got clothes-line held around the neck and then even spun out of it and get held by the jersey. No flag. I literally came off the couch going bananas. Go back and watch.

Maybe he had the moment all of us have had in a slump who’ve played sports. For me it was baseball and eventually I said “**** it if I get shelled, I get shelled” and magically pitched better.

I would like to apologize for some of my takes today. Offense is very frustrating. OL underwhelms, so does Nico. But good teams find a way to win. I'm shocked.

OL plaid pretty well today. As some of us have stated, plays are there to be made. Just not consistent with the execution.
