That's not what she meant. The context was that she was talking about abortion and how the Supreme Court undid Roe vs Wade, then someone yelled out "Jesus is Lord!". Then she made that comment.

She won't win the evangelical vote regardless, but I just thought that was an interesting thing to say. Lots of red meat for the evangelical Trump base with that statement. Easy way to force even more voter turnout for your opponent.
