Tl;dr for most. I know Lima dgaf.

I never have used ignore much, mostly in the past I put a couple of people on ignore because every thread I visited they were in and I responded to their stupidity so they told me to stop following them, one accused me of stalking. Neither was true but I got the point. I just put them on ignore so I wouldn't be tempted. Jaws was one. Vols30 and BOT. I've put Tin on ignore a few times just to get a break. Lulz.

During the game in the game thread, or any thread that's moving fast or has a bunch of new posts I haven't read, I just read them without looking at the avatar just to get caught up on what's happening. It's annoying to have to stop and try to figure out wtf someone is saying. Lol, that's why I sometimes get frustrated with Gordy's gibberish. It's fine when I'm caught up.

All that to say, I don't know the answer to your question. All I know is if the person I have on ignore is the last to post in a thread and I open the thread, it shows everything except the text. Which sucks. I think it should completely ignore them and not show anything.

In closing, ignore really doesn't work that well in my opinion. I only have that one dude Vol30 or whatever still on ignore. I literally have no interest whatsoever in what he has to say and don't care if I miss someone telling him to stfu. Lol.

Well, it was a rhetorical question anyway. 🤪 (Whether their post is repeated in a quote; answer is No.)

I’d gotten to where I only ignore someone for a short time in order to (1) ignore an entire thread which they started or to (2) walk away from someone who is setting off an urge to “And furthermore” them, which no one needs, Lord knows.

So now I have (3), ignoring someone in a fast-moving game thread who is distracting (to me.)

I use Dukes and Hellmann's
Gordy uses Dukes and Hellmann's
8283 uses Kraft
Lima uses Hellmann's and Dukes I think.

All of which uses raw egg.

This is why.....forget it.

Simmer down, oh spiteful one. My spouse cannot eat eggs, so I am familiar with plant based mayos.
