what physically does he need to be capable of?

I would be for putting all candidates on "are you smarter than a 5th grader" and they have to win the first time to make it onto the ballot. maybe slant the questions towards civics, laws, constitution and things like that. couldn't care less if they can give me the genus of the common daffodil.
