Things I would do instead of going to buckees.

I was hoping to visit a Buc-ees on my Ohio trip but nope. There weren't any on my route.

Was disappointed.

Would you come baptize our cat? She is sorely in need of a baptismal bath. Note: she won’t allow her claws to be clipped. She came out of anesthesia fighting at the vet’s the last time we tried.

But those gooey Bucky nuggets, whatever they’re called; they’re the WORST.

Edit: look how peaceful and relaxed she is! Ignore that she clenches her hind paws in her sleep!

When she gets older, trimming the talons isn’t optional. They’ll grow into her paws. Hopefully, she’ll be easier to handle when that time comes.

She trims them down on scratching posts and floor mats. And occasionally on us.

- tried to photograph a front paw with extended claws, but it did not go well

My stop at Buccees.
Gas. Bathroom. Chocolate covered almonds. Choc covered cashews.
In the am, breakfast burrito and coffee.
If on the way home, jambalaya stuffed chicken.
