That took less than a minute to be moved lol @Enki_Amenra
Well it wasn’t the user it claimed to be, though they were pretty convincing in our conversation together. I wonder if we are just a prime target pool because of a) the size of our population and b) the breadth of our online presence. I’d like to think it was someone acting and not an actual vol fan. Also, I think AI was somehow involved. I’m typically able to weed out the fakes. A bit embarrassed I didn’t in this instance. This is so lame. Likely a Vols fan scamming another over game tickets is an instant revocation of the VFL card.
They reached out to me. I put my contact info in the ticket thread I created.how did you come in contact with this person claiming to be a VN member? We should probably all know, since any of our names may be used to scam someone.
Just for the record, I'm completely broke and devoid of any items worth value of selling to anyone,.
How'd it happen?Well it wasn’t the user it claimed to be, though they were pretty convincing in our conversation together. Overall cholesterol will stay down and good HDL will go up along with glucose going down if you go with protein/fats while cutting out simple and complex sugars.I have no idea. I never had cholesterol issue. I just was concerned that with an increase in fat content in my diet, my numbers would climb. I was pleasantly surprised that the didn't.
You dont think genetics plays a large role in that?Overall cholesterol will stay down and good HDL will go up along with glucose going down if you go with protein/fats while cutting out simple and complex sugars.
I could expand on the benefits of changing one's nutrition as I did in my late 60s, but people do not really want to hear it until they hit the wall full throttle, which is too late to reverse some of the damage. They might have to give up favorite high carb/sugar foods and alcohol. That is unacceptable to them. I saw it a differently and made the changes before the wall happened. It made a major difference in my health and I actually love the foods I eat again. Not going back. Not taking meds either. Do not need any because my overall health is good. Have learned that natural/organic foods, natural supplements and moderate exercise keep me away from the doc's office. Which is a very good thing.
