Recruiting Football Talk VIII

This. When the US started pushing vegetable oil spreads, seed oils, etc all in the name of lowering cholesterol, we started seeing an increase in Alzheimer’s also. The brain needs cholesterol to function properly. Our hormonal glands need cholesterol to function properly. How often do you hear about relatively young men having to start on testosterone nowadays because their levels are sh1t? Why did the ADA change that cholesterol levels were completely fine at 300 as the industry/government began pushing the vegetable/seed oils? So they could then prescribe us statins. If you’re on a statin, get off them asap.

The FDA, USDA, etc were bought out by big pharma.
Don’t take away my statin.
Huge family history of cholesterol and heart attacks.
Been on atorvastatin since I was 36. At 61, my cardiac arteries are 100% clear of any plaque.

That’s why I can handle the stress of being a Volunteer. Also can handle the joy of achieving

16-0 🤠

My cholesterol is really good. Can't recall my numbers. I was worried my numbers might spike when I went low carb and my fat intake went up.

I'm taking the niacin to supplement to the lions mane. It's supposed to help with lions mane.
When I went Keto my overall cholesterol went down with my good HDL going up 15%.
