If the Braves were actually a good team and didn’t 💩 the bed by losing 6 of the first 7 games out of the break then they would only be 3.5 games back of the Phillies. Not even asking them to win all of those games. Just go 4-3 in those first 7 games instead of 1-6 and we could have the Phillies feet to the fire. That’s the difference between average teams and good teams.

At least Braves and Dodgers fans are in the same boat whenever it comes to managers. Neither one of those managers deserve the rosters they are coaching. Both of them should have multiple championships with the talent they have had at their disposal.

Don’t look now but those pesky Diamondbacks are starting to make a run. Only 5.5 games behind the Dodgers and 1 game back of the Braves.

I was Snakes last year (by popular vote). Old hat.

I am riding -- and prolly dying -- with 52 this year. What's our cheer or rally cry, anyway? (Other than Fahr Dave Roberts.) I mean when we're rolling.
