2024 Presidential Race

Mostly self policing, like the other branches. I am sure there will be some type of impeachment clauses for Congress or the President.
Congress can already impeach Federal judges. Always had that power.

AOC just introduced articles for Thomas & Alito.

I doubt the Democrats have “self-policing” in mind for enforcement.

Congress already has the power to impeach and remove federal judges including SCOTUS judges.
right, but I would imagine this would spell out more terms for that impeachment. my understanding is that the SC impeachment clause doesn't include any language like "high crimes or treason". I would imagine this code of conduct would be more expansive.

The United States Constitution provides little guidance as to what offenses constitute grounds for the impeachment of federal judges: as with other government officials, judges may be removed following impeachment and conviction for “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors”; otherwise, under Article III, Section 1, judges “shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour.”

I think that language about covers anything congress needs to remove a judge.

Facebook Admits it Wrongly Censored Iconic Photo of Bleeding Trump Pumping his Fist after Assassination Attempt: ‘This was an error’

Facebook acknowledged that it mistakenly censored the iconic image of former President Donald Trump with his fist raised in the immediate aftermath of the July 13 assassination attempt in Pennsylvania.

A post on Mark Zuckerberg’s social media site by a user with the handle End Wokeness that showed the Republican presidential candidate defiantly pumping his fist in the air while blood streams down his face had initially been flagged as misinformation.

The user was threatened with being deplatformed.

However, on Monday, Dani Lever, a spokesperson for the social network’s parent company, Meta, admitted the tech giant made a “mistake.”

“Yes, this was an error,” Lever wrote on X in response to conservative influencer Charlie Kirk, who had called out Facebook for not allowing users to share the photo.
