Trump Assassination Attempt(s)

Can you really call this cancel culture? I mean they are putting this stuff out for the world to see. All these folks are doing is helping spread the word. Who doesn't want to go viral?

seriously, how would he know if he needed a ladder, days prior? He would have to assume the roof was unsecure.

I am thinking he climbed the AC unit. Now that changes everything.
I think one of these reports, or maybe the link I posted a few minutes ago, says that he didn't use the ladder he bought, but climbed an A/C unit instead. It said the ladder he bought wasn't found on the scene.

You don't believe a kid would simply think they could climb a ladder to access a roof AND there was a cascade of failures and incompetence in protection which just so happen to allow it?
How did he know he needed a ladder to get to an unsecure spot? Think he just bought a ladder for, just in case I need one?

#1 rule of imorov = "yes, and..."

#1 rule of show biz = show must go on

Jack Black is just doing his job, behaving out of trained habit.

I've been in many moments where my reaction didn't match how I truly felt once I had time to think about it, and that was without the pressure of performing on stage. This is a normal part of life. It's some overly judgmental ******** to act like JB's reaction means he can't actually have a problem with what KG said. (Not talking about you)
I get your take. I've experienced myself.

But surely you can't blame someone's judging when they see the man (or hear him) laugh after his band mate makes the comment. It's distasteful. And Jack hasn't given any context (like you and I have experienced) to help someone understand the moment better.

Or that spot on the roof would be obstructed by a tree for the counter snipers?

They knew he was there. The counter snipers saw him and engaged. The simpler question is, why didn't they shoot him, why was Trump on stage?

These people are alive that can answer that, but none of us are not going to find most of this out in our lifetime.

Are they requesting people come forward with information? Nope, this is basically closed at this point.

As "y'all" creeps northward...just wait until it hits the Pittsburgh area. The Yinzer contingent will face off against the Y'all contingent. The question is, will phonetics dictate the You'uns contingent throw in with the Yinzers, or will geographical ties lead them to cast their lot with the Y'all crowd?
The conflict will turn the streets red with the blood of the fallen.

In this age of social media, I really don't understand why people post inflammatory content with their full name for all to see.
A woman in her 50s posting a reply to a status with 9 likes isn’t really “posting for all to see,” someone just wanted to tell on her and LOTT loves that

Here's the current state of the investigation.

This is challenge with Monday morning quarterbacking...we can ask all these very logical, forward thinking questions and there are no answers. And because there are no answers, the void in explanation, tempts us towards conspiracy.

Trying to rationalize crazy behavior...assuming we all agree you have to be crazy to even attempt what Crooks did...is a fool's errand.

He's said too much. He shouldn't have said anything other than "I didn't like that joke." Now he's getting killed by pockets from both sides. There was no need for him to publicly cancel KG and I kinda want to be mad at him about it, but I also don't know everything he knows or view it exactly how he views it.

This may come as a surprise to y'all, but contrarian huff doesn't understand why we act like the lives of politicians are so fkn precious.

I don't like to make fun of anybody dying. I don't want anybody to get killed. A comedian makes a joke about somebody who just died...I might chuckle but I also don't really like the joke and would not make the joke. The same comedian makes the same joke about a politician who died, and people will get so hot about it. Why? Most of us think politicians are trash, but for some reason we act like their lives are more sacred than ours.

**** 'em. Treat them like anybody else. The joke is in bad taste, but bystanders don't need to apologize or break up their band.

Similar to the “nuclear option” in the Senate, people created a weapon - and seemingly assumed it would never be turned against them. Whoops.
Childish way to view trying to get someone fired from a restaurant over saying “so close.” Some people’s entire worldview is just tribalism apparently

If someone in their 50s doesn't understand the internet and social media, then I hope she is now aware.

Anybody else's mom teach them if you don't have something nice to share, don't say anything at all?

The location and time of the rally was pre published. If I were scoping out a place, my first search is Google Maps.
Surely they didn’t publish the location of the stage before hand? Even with google maps, would he have known which building lined up with the stage? How did he know there were no snipers on that roof?

Just wait until Trump uses the indefinite detention of US citizens clause signed by Obama. Those campers will be pissed

it is all speculation, but frankly, Cheagle confounding explanations are no better and lead to such. We probably never will know the truth, just like say Epstein.
