I've watched all the videos and noted the times between shots. You are correct there are separate vollys. In one videos a guy is sort of telling what's going on. He's telling people to take cover. Then you hear that last round and he says "They've shot him". That last round was a suppressed round.

The shots do sound differently. I wonder if some is handgun fire from police.

It may be from police. . . I kinda think only the first 3 were from the sniper. It seems like there would be a lot more casualties if he unloaded 6-7 more into the crowd.
