It is one of the things I like about him.I watched the short video of that this am. That was impressive. I am still not a supporter of DJT, but that's the boldness and courage we want to see in our leaders.
To be candid, it was Inspiring.
It's great malpractice by the SS at the very, very least. Its a position of 150 yards away elevated and they didnt see them or engage before they were able to fire off 9 rounds?

He’s a d***. No way around it. But I look at many of the leaders in the GOP and they are so spineless. Scared of the media. Scared of their voters. No fight at all. So quick to compromise on everything. Trump will fight! He will stand up there for an hour and go toe to toe with a press that hates him. He’s not afraid of Chuck Schumer. Etc. We need more of that in the GOP.
I noticed the male agents seemed to be very fit and athletic while the female agents not so much….I agree with what you’re saying, but I don’t think that mindset would typically apply to something like the SS. I imagine they’ve changed their hiring practices to be more inclusive and to have people that have zero business being in those roles. When Trump was getting back in the motorcade, there was one female SS agent that struggled pulling her gun out, and then struggled putting it back in. She is clearly not cut out for the role. And I’m not saying that women can’t be SS agents, because I’m sure there are some that would be incredible, but this agent has zero business protecting anyone.
We need to get back to hiring the best people for every job, based on their abilities and skills.
At the very least, it was gross incompetence on many levels. That never should have been able to get that far. People are pissed, as they should be.
I haven't "hoped" for anything ..... I have only posted links to what law enforcement officials think Trump was struck with. And it seems much of the left are upset because the shooter missed. And ones like you are hoping so bad that Trump may have mistaken a bullet for some glass instead of worrying about the families involved or Trump. It’s not weird but sad and pathetic.
You have drawn a conclusion from very little information then.Until I see something to the contrary, it's going to be a willful neglect by the Biden admin to provide enough resources to adequately protect a political rival. The speeches from law enforcement to date have given me no reason to doubt that.
