If the shooter was trained he would have gotten him quite a few times, but than again.... not sure a trained sniper would think he could get on that roof that close to start with.

Again, his political party shouldn't matter. This was a complete failure on the part of law enforcement and SS. The biggest question remains why SS didn't take out this sniper in the minutes they had their guns aimed at him before the assassin fired.

No, he is saying the person who is making the comments about the failure of the SS is a 20 year professional sniper. No one said the Trump shooter was a professional sniper. Yet the Trump shooter obviously had knowledge of guns.
