I know of at least 1 who was a ranger. . . But yes, most of them are highly trained individuals on the level of a SEAL or ranger or other special forces.

I'm out, I can't take anymore of this thread, but My son won his 3rd baseball game in 3 days for his little league tournement, and they will play in the last day finals tomorrow, and none of this cluster**** in the final season of the United States is my job...... so....I'm gonna celebrate kids being awesome instead.. I just really plead people to consider what your saying...this is a different level then the usual ping pong back and forth political BS .....assasinations of leaders that are even half as popular as Trump often lead to the darkest chapters of human history. This country is already a poor maintained wood pile politically just requiring a spark to be set off. Take a moment and think about what you say.

It does seem as though folks walking around had seen him and perhaps SS did as well and no one was 100 pct sure he didn't belong.

That's bad enough, but worse that Trump was not taken off the stage until the situation was clarified. That's seems like the bigger failure to me, assuming there was some communicating going on of "hey, who is that guy ?"

"Hey, who is the strange guy alone by himself on a rooftop with a rifle a few hundred feet outside a presidential rally?"
