Assume you are referring to this rally? Feb 2016 so no he was candidate Trump just like he is today except today his is candidate AND former President Trump. So yeah that doesn’t add upWhen Trump was at Millington Airport a few years back, the area extended to roofs along Highway 51 which was several hundred yards away....
Once again, something aint adding up
I remember when Bill Clinton visited hometown in 1996. There was a SS agent monitoring every rooftop within a half mile radius.
Once again, 140 yards aint adding up....
I would just say...... In todays political climate. All candidates should get top flight security. Tensions are as high or higher than theyve ever been.Assume you are referring to this rally? Donald Trump fires up thousands near Memphis
Donald Trump told a crowd of thousands at an airport hangar in Millington on Saturday that he would win the state on Super Tuesday.www.tennessean.com

Yes. Private property too. If their protectee is in the area, they can lock down anything they want.
Too bad there aren't vehicles that human beings can get into that will lift them up into the air to provide an unobstructed view of all roof tops. Or even remotely piloted ones with cameras that transmit images back to the ground.I didn't listen to them but from one pov there is only so much they can do outside the security area. Meaning, they can't just go and secure private property. (I'm assuming those buildings are not part of the event)
Now, that doesn't explain why the call wasn't given to take that guy out and why Trump was still on stage.
This was easily avoidable.
130 yards with direct LOS to the podium. If the SS didn’t include those buildings in their venue threat assessment and put people on them to keep them clear they completely failed at their job.Processing this, looking at the map, and with my knowledge of rifles and optics, one of two things is true:
- this was a colossal failure to protect the former President with a secure perimeter and alert him to a potential threat
Or
- this was a dirty job
I have cracked open several bottles in celebration of Tennessee winning the CWS 3 weeks ago. If you mean celebrating what happened to Trump .... then you are the one being a clown. And yet you have to double down with “Trump says he was hit by a bullet”
You cracked open a second bottle yet in celebration?![]()

What is the point of having a press conference at 11:00/12:00 if they don't offer any answers? They didn't release the name of the shooter, the caliber of the weapon, they didn't say how many officers/SS agents fired their weapons and said nothing about possible co-conspirators. Just these guys standing there in front of the camera saying nothing..This press conference is a bunch of dudes covering their own butts.
Shamefully transparent
