Trump Assassination Attempt(s)

Not to me. People are responsible for self. Bad peop li e take advantage a weakness...those bad people are at fault.

So it's up to those in charge to put safeguards in place to thwart or minimize nefarious activity?

But no one knows. It's not definitive. And you look like an Ahole. The man went through a massively traumatic event and you are trying to play gotcha. With the victim. Mere hours after an assasination attempt. Only bc you don't like him. Yea you look like a bleep hole. And it's probably safe to assume that would be anyone's assumption. Gun fired. I'm bleeding. Oh bullet got me.
He doesn’t “look” like an Ahole.

Why are you so dead set on questioning whether or not it wasn’t a bullet that hit him? It was an assassination attempt on the man. Tell me why that matters so much to you. And where, exactly, was the teleprompter that was supposedly shattered? This is an unusual fixation liight of all this, where one person was killed and another wounded other than Trump.
Again, you're trying to discuss this with an alcoholic. It's not going to go far.

When my vehicle got shot last year, it was a small bullet fragment that hit my windshield (it ricocheted off aomething else first).

Might be the same thing here
That's possible. I haven't given an opinion on what struck Trump. I don't know. I am just pointing out, with links, what the police have told Axios and Newsmax.

Disallowing penalties for the theft, in this case, is pretty much accepting it as OK.
We went from "saying it's ok" to "pretty much accepting". I don't think those are the same. I don't agree with the premise.

I disagree.

Trump made it relevant with his specifics. He said that he felt a bullet. There is nothing wrong with pointing out what the police are saying actually struck him.
Well, he may have been hit with glass. He heard gunfire, heard a whiz beside his head, got swarmed by SS and rushed off stage with blood dripping from his head.

I’d say he had a pretty good reason for trump to believe he was shot.

I also think there is good reason to doubt a police assessment of what he was injured by when they never examined him.

In the end, it seems petty to take this stand. There was an assassination attempt on a former President. Getting caught up in immediate aftermath statements on cause of injury misses the significance of the moment.

I can pose that same question to you or anyone else who asks it ....

I think they are. If you're a government and you're not going to do anything about things like theft, you're implying you approve. To me it gets even more apparent when you see how some of the politicians in these places say it's acceptable almost as a form if reparations. I think there are many people that paint themsleves as anticapitalist/anti property that think theft is OK and I also think many of those people now hold some power.

This claim has already been debunked tonight. In fact, it was recently strengthened.

both can be true - maybe the request was only partially met so it was strengthened but not to the level requested

any way you slice it, tonight looks like a security failure. I'm not blaming DHS for ignoring a request but the situation is unclear at this point so saying something is debunked is speculation

We don't have that I don't think. We have the sniper looking through his scope, reacting to something, assasin shot fired, and sniper reacting and aiming a response shot
That's true. Thanks for the correction. They definitely were looking at something of interest, but can't say definitely what that was.
