I'd say 50/50 out of respect for the rally attendees and yes even Trump and his family, and making sure there isn't anything inappropriate being run on television, radio, etc. It is a bad look to have ads of any kind, even simple "vote for Joe" ads with no mention of Trump or the GOP, running in swing states when the former President just survived an attempted assassination.what portion is to reduce the heat/out of respect and what portion is to examine the ads to see what inflammatory rhetoric they were publishing?
my guess is 25/75
Many will remember the grief Palin caught for putting a bullseye on a map of a district of one of her political opponents. Politicians should really refrain from gun analogies.
I notice Biden has paused campaign ads probably to make sure they don’t have anything inappropriate running given the situation.
I'm assuming that you are a Trump supporter and view this incident as being politically beneficial to Trump .... Why would someone who didn't like Trump to begin with .... vote for him just because of this? This look about right in November?

It sure is and I’m honestly surprised it took this long.Is this what happens when the Party in power, the Media, and Entertainment continually beat the drum of Existential Threat to Democracy?
This is wild.
