These guys have definitely never played on the big stage before. You're totally right they can't handle the lights. Even though they've played under these lights, are 3-1 under these lights, and they've played under the big lights of SEC tournament.

Yeah...it wasn't that...it was just baseball doing its cruel fickle evil bitch thing.

Our guys have played their guts out all year...sometimes in baseball, crazy senseless things happen, this was just one of those games....it just happened at the worst possible time.

Exactly. And in this game, we made mistakes, and got about the same from out day 1 pitchers that we got last Friday... This time all the breaks went against us and we didn't complete the comeback.

It will take a lot more focus and much better execution going forward, but the good news, when this team has put up a stinker, they've followed it with some great performances.

So we'll see. At the end of the day... It's still one game at a time, till it's not. GBO

I know..I hope this feeling I have is garbage...we all deserve something to go our way, not for our team to play their worst game of the season at the worst possible time.

That game just all around sucked..and they still have some great arms to throw at us.

My biggest fear now is...I really hope this game doesn't cause them to get in their heads at the plate or in the field, nightmarish games like this often do..they will lose if they let it get in their heads.

Just got back in from the game. Tonight wasn’t our night. We found some hits against their pitching but weren’t too timely. Quality ABs were atrocious. CMo and Tears combining to go 0-10 with 5 Ks. Team had 17 Ks. Defense was horrid. Billy cost us 2 with his error.

I understand TV was riding with the horses that got us here but Stamos is more of a rented mule than a horse. I know it’s not as much about Stamos as it is mentally for Casey to be anble to come off the bench and not start but Stamos put us behind the 8 ball right out of the gate. Again, I know that Stamos/Causey plan has worked for the most part up until now but that’s really sad to have to go with Stamos on the bump to start Gm 1 of the Finals.

Lastly, I thought it was just a few select Yell Boys that were gheyer than a $2 bill but nope, it’s their whole fanbase.

This park plays well with Beams pitching style and Zander has been clutch in every big game all postseason. I'm not worried at all.
