Kind of odd the announcers said the same thing. If Burke had been playing normal its an out. Now you STFU. Never said it was the pitcher

You don’t play normal with a runner on 1st and no one on 2nd. You have to hold the runner. The point was the error that lead to Burke holding the runner.
