Every baseball fan everywhere worries if they have enough pitching.

The Yankees just set a modern era record for consecutive starts of 5+ IP and 2 or fewer ER (16 in a row).

They don’t even have Gerrit Cole back yet.

Some are grumbling about them needing more pitching

I decided to do a deep dive on our pitching since we have been discussing it tonight… One of my favorite metrics whip…. We are number one in the country, baby! Our ERA which is probably bc we are 14th in the country in Homeruns allowed. That is still really good since we play in a homerun friendly park. We don’t have a true number one Ace imo but the overall staff is the best in the country.

Beam has been the Ace all season even though he pitches on Saturday.
