Love Primus and all 5 million Lee Claypool side projects. Duo de Twang is probably my favorite Les project.

Spin Doctors are good too, like them and soul asylum.

You seem to forget how much legit trash was in the 90s.

CCs...no real opinion on...but they were at least a real band.

The 90s were full of manufactured and fake musical groups far worse.

90s took 80s commercialism over the edge. Both decades were pretty disgraceful for music and culture in a variety of ways. There was plenty of good underground and counterculture though. But the mainstream became extreme commercialism and materialism...image.

I've always felt RATM and Green Day were extremely overrated. Especially Green Day. But that's just my opinion.
