It must be difficult for you that Lincoln took away white Southerners' rights to start your own country where race-based slavery was universally legal. The rest of us US citizens are grateful for Lincoln's leadership, and he remains universally viewed by scholars as one of best Presidents in our history.

He ordered the southern states to free their slaves while at the same time giving speeches to round up the black population and send them back to Africa.

Not only are they invading this country most likely the size of the Russian army every month, they just put in the bill a half billion to send those Ukrainians here. The Russians are just simply looking for a better life (without the Ukrainians), not sure what the problem is over there. Stupid people are trying to solve a country's problems which they couldn't even identify on a map, while at the same time this country is just a mess.

My guess is that stupid guy hasn't been within 4,000 miles of the Ukraine, and I doubt he ever will be i.e. coward.

My take on the Ukraine, if I were Russia.... I would push those stupid ****ers as far West as I could and make it Europe's problem what to do with them. The West will use those people until they are all gone, it will just keep being a problem for them. Push them West until there is a spot to where Poland will annex, if not... push them all the way into Poland.

Shuttered dissenting newspapers/suspended habeus corpus/ and ordered his generals to commit war crimes in the South that would make George W Bush blush with shame. And don’t say it was a different time. The American media makes Lincoln a saint and wants Andrew Jackson dug up and put on trial.

This kind of stuff makes the average American, who is either atheist or acts as an atheist, feel some sense of righteousness in their largely self centered world.

Same with open borders or mass immigration, whichever. The average American supports it for the same reason as above. However, if they really cared about the plight of central and south Americans, they could always join the mission field and help these people where they live. Help the entire community and plant seeds that would last long past their expiration. Of course they would never do that, because at the end of the day they really dont care about nor understand the actual issue, they are just looking for a quick hit of righteousness and social media circle jerk praise.

Sadly, it isn't just atheists. A lot of Christians act like God really doesn't exist or isn't a part of their life. Everything is about materialism. I think the West is starting to wake up slowly against all of it, but it maybe too late.

It also seems like media/direction of the nation seems to be more about what the elites believe than the average joe. What I see in most of social media does not seem to fit what I am seeing in day-to-day life.

Hm. Okay, which specific weapons systems? Because long range missiles although they have their uses are not going to change drastically anything on the battlefield and are quite expensive.

He also said he could not give a timeline for the conflict without knowing when Ukraine will get the weapons systems. He noted that while allies have approved sending F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine, the country still does not have them.

The reason you don't have them is lack of trained pilots that speak English, lack of support personnel, lack of support facilities and parts, and nowhere to safely operate them from. Eventually, they might be over there but the few they have gotten will have no real bearing on the outcome of this. Give them (Ukraine) 10,000 F-16s and probably 99.99% will be just sitting there and eventually be destroyed. But even if you could operate them, what are you going to use them for?

The only thing of real tangible use to the Ukraine is this:
- meat for the meat grinder (large amounts of meat)
- artillery shells
- anti-aircraft systems and missiles

The issue is, they are really aren't getting any of that, so any large weapon systems are just going to be destroyed like the prior ones. The lack of weapon systems generally isn't the problem other than AA systems and even those are probably being knocked off due to lack of missiles.
