Hell Bargo held his own over there. He looked infinitely smoother than BA in his limited opportunities. BA lost track of outs tonight and looked a runner back to 2nd hard with 2 outs. Good thing the batter wasn’t quick down the line.

Sorry I was thinking that Sunday game against Bama was the Friday one, but still similar situation

I forgot about that one myself but even that one was short lived; we had 1 run leads 2x for half an inning, several innings apart. Just haven’t been able to put a foot on folks throats on the road outside of AU the last 2 games

I live in Virginia and New Yorkers think we’re deep south. Of course, my husband’s Texas family, call me a yankee.

I tease friends and some cousins in North Carolina and I call them Yankees because they have the word North in their states name. I pisses them off quite a bit tbh.

I tell them they should call their legislators and change their name to Carolina or Upper Carolina, but as someone from the Deep South, I don't consider them from the Deep South. Southerners? Definitely, but not deep south.

When I was a kid, my grandparents lived in Mount Pleasant Tennessee. My Grandad ran a gas station and it was on the Greyhound bus line. At 4, he would shut down and take over the bus. He put me in his lap and let me drive the bus to Pulaski when I was six. I’d say we’re pretty much Deep South.

Really hated listening to the UK homers on SEC+ and couldn’t get the Wilkerson stream to match up.

Going to have to score more than 3 runs to win with this pitching staff (which actually did plenty good enough tonight)

Just had a 3 1/2 hour little league game, that went into extra innings! Our first loss of the season, 19-18.

The 5 year old played tonight as well and he has a makeup game at 1:00.
The 11 year olds coach cancelled their 9:00 am practice since they played 3 1/2 tonight.
It’s been a very long day!

Started Stamos, with 1 out in the 1st we went to Causey and he did great, good enough to win, we committed some errors, it just slipped away. UK is a good team.

We were not in a very good place when I was young and my dad worked 2 jobs, 1st and 3rd shift, but the man never missed a practice or a game. It didn’t mean much at the time but looking back, he had to be worn out but was always there cheering me on!
There isn’t anything that could cause me to miss watching my boys play ball!

I would say they are complete. They can hit the long ball. They can bunt, tried today, they steal, Cal had a great pick at first today. Sort of feels like this is gonna come down to hitting where they ain’t and pitching. They are where they are for a reason. JMO.
