Houston is dealing with a lot of injuries. As for that Yankees dynasty, it'll only happen if they re-sign Juan Soto, which they very well might. MLB has such a horrible economic system. Due to their money, the Yankees can sign Soto whereas their rivals Orioles and Rays have no chance to. It's not right

I'm having lunch in a cafeteria and just trying to shove enough calories into me to get through the afternoon, so I'll be brief:

I thought he was safe too and the only thing I can possibly come up with is that: while the tag was applied he lifted his hand, BUT there is no video evidence of that happening. At the time, they showed several angles and it seems like he never left the bag until calling time or the ball was no longer at the bag.

Anyway, I'm glad someone else caught that too and wondered why C Mo did protest more. : )

Well Danny made the correct decision with Harper…now he was to make the right choice in who the next coach is
I think Kellie's main problem was trying to coach a team of un-coachable, disinterested narcissists. Yet. She did recruit them. In fact, she probably took this team of resting meh faces further than they deserved - or wanted, to go.

I used to watch games all the time. Watching these ladies the last 3 seasons or so has been unbearable.

Further, the lack of parity in the women's game is caused by (1) the lack of division 1 quality women's basketball players to fill all the division 1 rosters. (2) the tendency of the few Div. 1 quality players to sign with just a handful of schools (3) the number of talented division 1 players that really don't give a damn whether they win or lose.

For some reason, Tennessee has a lot of #3s on the roster. Basically "born on 3rd base" athletically but completely unwilling to put in the effort to get better. No one can really coach those sort of kids because they have other interests.

Don't get me wrong, those type of personalities are in lots or men's sports. But they REALLY stand out in high profile women's basketball because the gifted athletes stand out like a sore thumb.

Even Pat Summitt couldn't wring effort out of this current team of disinterested sponges.
