I'd like to see a list of the 4 or 5 star kids that issued official verbal commitments (not rumors of a silent commitment) to UT under Heupel's regime that ended up signing elsewhere. I don't think there have been many. I'm limiting it to 4 and 5 star recruits in an attempt to weed out kids that were encouraged by the staff to explore other options.
