Just as an fyi Creighton beat that them by 19 last month.

Or they just got hot at end of year. NC State is not a good team - at least over the course of a full season. They have been good since their season ended. Tournament is extremely entertaining but it’s really not indicative of best team in country, just indicative of the hottest team at the end of season. Hard to really derive too much from the results of a one and done tournament.

UConn didn't have a ranked road win in...10 seasons 2014. Any ranked team would've won at home against that team
