Janet Jackson was a great singer and performer back in the 80's and 90's.

But little Janet started out as a actress on what Television sitcom ?
Good Times

Across the hall from JJ, Michael, Florida, Thelma, and James(when he was on the show)

......and Bookman was the maintenance guy...

And just who gave you the right to call me mamaw or did you mean me maw? Was it kid Glitch, smartazz Byron or broken down yeti (Weezer)? It’s not that late that I couldn’t smash any one of them.

Okay, it’s probably somebody I have on ignore that spouts off from time to time about firing Barnes every time we lose or games gets down to the wire. 😀

Got it me maw! 😔

I'll just be over here:

I got upset at the no call on Aidoo’s layup with maybe 4-5 minutes left. The replay showed a clear hack on the shoulder/chest, and the broadcast said nothing. I think Aidoo may have also gotten fouled on his missed dunk.

I got a text that the fact that our last 3 trips to the line were one and one’s tells you something. Terry Oglesby is an SEC official, and he’s almost ascended to Adams and Teddy V for me.
Basketball is so hard to stomach at times. You can see the officials lean toward one team or the other almost from the tip. Against Creighton they will send a crew that calls the ticky tack outside as we crowd their three point shooters with it being OK to play football in the paint. You know why - it fits Creighton's profile. That means we probably get Pat Adams or equivalent. If we win, you already know what is coming against Purdue with the monster from the deep inside pushing and shoving and going over the back the whole game. Aidoo gets shoved and hacked to death every game with very few calls.

I get so tired of it, but still root for our Vols to someday be treated fairly and get over the hump.

Aidoo and DK won it in the clutch moment.

We could have spent all offseason complaining about 3-25 from deep.

Now we never will have to and have a chance to get deeper and match history...if not more

The small moments matter and hardly ever go noticed. This time we took advantage and weren't on the other side.
We can’t forget the defense that Z played all game. He made the guards lives miserable all night. JJJ hit big shots down the stretch as well. It really seemed that every player didn’t play great but had a few great game changing moments.

John Pennington & the sports source show are such clowns.

It's like a bunch of drinking buddies got together and decided to have a talk show.🤦‍♂️ Josh Ward only one that has a clue what he's talking bout

Apparently, during the meltdown on Thursday night, the servers on the UK boards were overloaded and the site shut down. Sadly, they have not been able to get it restarted because no one in Kentucky can string three W's together.
Everyone called in sick to the coal mines and shut the power grid down.

This will be an unpopular statement. Oh well.

Voltello has been the best thing to ever happen to the Vol baseball program. One of his strengths has always been the sixth sense he has about pitcher usage. That has been missing in two of the team's losses - the third game at Bama and last night. He let two guys with some talent that were out of gas to come out to pitch at the end. In the Bama loss he used Russell as the starter for only two innings who had only given up one run. If the guy was innings limited, do not use him as a starter. He then left Snead in too long, who pitched over 5 innings in relief.

In both games the rest of the guys had battled back to take the lead only to have poor decisions and pitching to lose it. In both games Snead and last night, Russell, were clearly used up and being tagged. It was obvious they needed to bring in new relievers to give the other hitters a different look. His infatuation with using Combs and Stamos in key situations is also frustrating.

Pitching and pitcher usage is obviously a work in progress. It is not something to be overly concerned about yet. Hopefully our pitching will improve over time and Tony's good sense about the selection and hook returns. If it doesn't this is going to be a roller coaster season.
I agree to a degree. However, I think he is still figuring some things out. I know he has a plan. I have faith in him and Frank, but the last two weekends have been tough. If we can go out and win today, it will help a lot.
