The 3 officials from UNC/MI St were in Charlotte on Thursday. Simmons was on our crew and then Clark and Harris called another game.

If I had to bet Terry Ogelsby will be the "lead" official and then we will get 2 others from the Charlotte pool.

The way Creighton shoots there’s way more variance if we play them. If we played them 10 teams we might win 7/10 but the results could vary from blowing them out by 20 to getting blown out by 20.

Oregon is worse but in all likelihood is always going to make it a game

Oregon is not worse...if you are going by their record this year..as everybody seems to be doing...you are going by a mirage.

This is NOT the same Ducks team that people saw play all year and it is almost impossible to gauge them right now.

It is kind of the inverse to Kansas...the Kansas team that lost today is NOT the same team that beat us.

It would not really surprise me to see Oregon destroy Chreighton...I don't think they will, but if Chreighton has an off shooting night...Oregon could run them.

Then again the reverse could be said....I just think either team is extremely dangerous now.

Gonzaga has been in NCAA tournament for 25 straight years.
They win today that makes 7 or 8 straight sweet 16 appearances.

They play in lowly WCC .

Their conference being so crappy is a huge plus...they don't get the crap beat out of them going against big physical athletic teams in a grueling conference schedule...I think they are always super talented like the best of the big conferences, and always come in fresh and rested unlike tbe best of the big conferences...it works for them.
