I wouldn't say it's rare, but I do think there's a huge problem with people claiming to be journalists but they always have an axe to grind. That's why I said it depends on who wrote it. Those types are usually pretty easy to identify. I'm not going to hate the media overall because of them misrepresenting themselves. I think Clay Travis is happy to use anything to play up an anti-media narrative because it makes his readers happy and he doesn't care where the truth lies...he's no different than the fake journalists. Whoever is writing the article about Mulkey might deserve to be lumped in that group...we'll see. They rarely do anymore…. It’s a huge problem.
Just the fact she's talking about how it was there in order to try and distract her and her team...Really depends on the situation. Sometimes the article is full of a lot of truth and the guilty party goes on attack with a lot of BS hoping something sticks. Need to pay attention to who is writing it and what evidence they provide and then go from there. Pat Forde absolutely needed to be called out for his BS recently against UT...the context and facts were extremely clear. Mulkey, on the other hand...I'll just say I'm interested to see what this article is about, what facts the writer provides, and if it holds up to scrutiny.
You said "show some real fight" as if they hadn't already...they have. Asking for a 6 vs 3 seed in a true road game to win, as if it should the determing factor of "real fight", is disingenuous. They've won plenty down the stretch and played USCjr better than anyone else has all season. Maybe even twice. They won by 29 today in a game expected to be played within 7 points.Sometimes, I think you just like to be a contrarian. Read again what I posted. I didn't say her status for next year was in jeopardy. In fact, I said she will be back next year. I said I would feel better about her return if she could get this team past the first weekend of this tournament.

Yes, real fight. This team is better than they've played. When I say real fight, I mean fight like the LVs of Pat's tenure. You said "show some real fight" as if they hadn't already...they have. The last part, about her future, wasn't @you. Just a general comment. All good.
We're at our best in night games. I'm convinced. The scheduling for these second rounds is ridiculous, and I complained last year. They cater to the blue bloods and schedule 3 games from 11:45 eastern to 6:15 eastern when there are 8 games. They moved the UNC start time back 15 minutes to have it as the only game, which will push us to almost 8:30 eastern time.
