I like Charleston taking out Bama and James Madison taking out Duke.

My biggest issue is, I don't see us meeting Creighton, I have Oregon making a run(maybe that's recency bias), and then in the FF, I keep ending up with AM or UK.

This, its a terrible look. They need to be distancing themselves from the books.

Just today I saw an add, the NBA is going to incorporate sports betting with their NBA league pass and you can bet without leaving their website.
Besides those streams are a minute behind and people wont be betting on accurate lines at all.
