DK is going to get double teamed all tourney where else will it come from?…Vescovi is in a confidence slump,ZZ isn’t dependable enough from 3 and JJJ isn’t necessarily a 3 point shooter..if the shots do start falling for Creighton then you simply can’t swap 2’s for 3’s and we will end up trying to play catch up forcing those shots.

Vescovis offensive game falling completely apart is one of the biggest reasons we are not a truly great-dominant team. Aidoo getting physically mauled by big dudes is another.

I feel like UNC will be the first one seed bounced. Izzo in the tournament is pretty darn good

His tournament reputation was mostly built on his first 10-15 years there. Since 2015, he does have a FF appearance but also has 2 first round exits and 3 second round exits.

I think we all know the keys to success for us to make it beyond the Elite Eight this year, and I think we all know we have the roster and experience to do it.

We all know any team can get hot and take us down. We've seen that with all sorts of weird double-digit seeds vs us.

Well, we can get hot too.

Just win the first one and then we'll see where we go from there. Getting past the first weekend could create a "locked in" effect for the upperclassmen on our team.

We need Knecht to have a Steph Curry @ Davidson type tournament run. Just completely take it over, I have zero faith in JJJ or Vescovi, to give us anything offensively. Be nice to have Aidoo at 17ppg 11rpg during the tournament.

If he does that, and Santi somehow remembers that he is actually a great shooter...we will go far.

I can't remember EVER seeing a big time basketball players shooting ability degrade so quickly and precipitously as Vescovi's...it really is a weird strange and sad thing to see happen for him and us.

Agree with this. Vescovi with the yips. I would triple team Knecht as soon as he got the ball.
