If they fall out of the overall No. 1 spot, it’s a real possibility. Detroit is closer to Knoxville than Dallas or Boston.Haha, Purdue. . .
They gonna go back to the "conference tournaments dont matter" real quick. (Not that it matters for purrdew anyway)
I hope we're in Purdue's bracket.
you will most likely be in a no fly zone. not worth the risk. How many home games into the football season do you think pass before I get arrested for flying a drone near a flyover?
They fly right over my neighborhood before the games. They look really low, but they're probably at least a min of 1,500ft up. I'm restricted to 400' above the highest spot near me. I can cheat and go up to about 1,700ft, but wouldn't do it. I'd hate for something really crappy to happen because I'm acting like a moron.
I don't think the faa restricts low level drone flight when flyovers are happening. I'll be interested to see if they do issue any flight restrictions the week of the game, since they practice the flight all week. I'd like to see something like that C17 Globemaster flying about 1,000' away. . . or a fighter jet. . .
Triple check the regs. Call the FAA and ask if you must. I wouldn't even mess with it. That's federal charges and they aren't going to give you a warning. How many home games into the football season do you think pass before I get arrested for flying a drone near a flyover?

All restrictions pop up on the app when I remote ID before flight. If it's a "no fly zone," it won't let me launch.Triple check the regs. Call the FAA and ask if you must. I wouldn't even mess with it. That's federal charges and they aren't going to give you a warning.
When Sally takes over your drone and crashes a fighter jet into the stadium, she won't be around holding the controller when the Feds show up.Maybe. I've checked flight aware & Air Control and nothing issued in the area last year. They may restrict it, I'll definitely check (my drone won't launch in no-fly zones anyway)
