ight, let's put this to rest.Oh good lord get over it.
No I hate kiffin and don’t want him ever near our field again unless it’s with a 100 golf balls and mustard bottles cascading towards him.
I did like Pruitt but I totally understand if you don’t have complete institutional control you can’t get away with cheating so openly and ultimately the decision to cut ties was in our schools best interest.
The cbp fiasco was so overblown it’s incredulous to know he lost his job over that. The rest of the basketball world agrees. I don’t know why it went down the way it did. Above my pay grade. Ncaa hates us kinda thing I suppose. He’s not an absolute idiot. He’s a tremendous coach. Still the only one to bring us to an elite 8. Brought us some glorious memories, number 1 AP ranking, the wins over calipari against Memphis, Chris Lofton and the rest of the players and don’t lie - you know all their names. Tied for Barnes with best overall season. Better overall and conference record than Barnes. Put some respect on the man’s name.
Kiffin is the chick that cheated on you with someone you work with and told him about your inadequate junk and he told everyone in the office. He is lucky he is not in the ground.
Pearl is your neighbor who borrowed your weed eater and never returned. When you went over to his place to get it he calls the police and has you arrested. Even though he eventually got busted you don't fool with him ever again.
Pruitt is the dumb guy who was trying to do a good job and he's not a bad guy, he just gets punked by the rich kids in the honors class. You know he is too dumb to do the job and he probably would have f'd it up anyway, but you kinda feel sorry for his dumb azz 'cuz he lost a lot o cash. (In truth UT, and everyone else for that matter, has done far worse things in the past than Pruitt got busted for. He just got caught in the middle of a shat fight between Haslam and Fulmer.)
In conclusion, they are all gone and never coming back, think Elvis. Carry on.
